The Outcome

I was delighted with the service Mel Muir and her team provided. During the design process she quickly developed empathy with my vision for an attractive and practical garden. She patiently and clearly answered all my questions about the design choices and plant selections. Options and alternatives were clearly presented and explained. Her relationship with the construction team including garden lighting, was excellent and she provided continuous input into their activity. Plant suggestions and sourcing was aligned with my desire for an attractive and low maintenance garden. Following the completion Mel has remained in touch to ensure plant growth is progressing as expected and minor maintenance is taking place. I would not hesitate to recommend Mel to anyone who is seeking improvements to their garden. She and her team are friendly and skilled. They show great empathy, understanding and professionalism.' - Lachlan
